In late summer 2018, my wife Donna suggested we look at some properties she found in the Davis Mountains. The pictures of the property didn't do it justice once we made the trip and saw this amazing place in person.

On a hot July day, I packed my gear and drove south to Junction Texas. There I checked in to South Llano River State Park and was greeted by the most friendly staff. 

After many people telling me I needed to go check out Hagerman, I figured I better see what was so special about this place. In late September 2014, I packed my RV and set off on what would be the first of many trips. 

OK, Sometimes I have to leave the beautiful state of Texas. A good friend told me about a great place near the Louisiana coast. So at the end of June 2015, I packed up and made the trip. Once arriving after a long trip I quickly forgot the many miles I just drove and set my gear up in record time!!!! For the next 2 days, I captured these wonderful shots.
